"The games are fair: allowing a little enjoyment for everyone in a family. But to be fair there isn’t much excitement for children under 4. The food was decent: we had a medium veggie pizza and while the pizza was expensive it was still decent. I do take into account that you’re food price is also paying for atmosphere. Clean, yes. However the ODOR inside this Chuck E. Cheese in HB off Edwards was horrid!!! My family was not the only group to notice and express disappointment. It has been sometime since I’ve been to a Chuck E. Cheese and our visit was to see if this was the right fit for a small child’s birthday party. And sadly even with the kindness of the staff I cannot see our family coming to this location again. The smell was so rancid that my main concern is that they have a major health problem to address - perhaps mold happening inside."
"My grandson turned 10 years old. We invited many friends & and family to celebrate his birthday! We stayed 4 hours! The kids, as well as all the adults, had a great time playing the games, eating pizza, & visiting!"
"Had a great experience here. This is the oldest location to still exist, having been open since 1979. They still have the animatronics, though they could use some TLC. The cashier didn't seem to care about her job. I was overcharged for my pizza but was given more play points than I paid for, so make sure you check your card in case you were given less. My pizza was tasty at least, and my drink tasted how it should. While I didn't see any games that were completely broken, some of them could use repairs. For example, one of the coin pusher games had two of the slots taped over. This is a good location if you want to film the animatronic show, as I had no problems. Plus, this location is in a pretty good area."
"This location is always busy because it’s the only one in the entire city. Despite it being packed, the staff were on top of it all. Taking orders, running birthday parties and cleaning up used tables. The food quality is on par with all other Chuck E. Cheese locations I have been to. The game selection here is a little small, but still enough to keep the little ones engaged. You no longer get your food delivered to your table. You have to go pick it up at the kitchen window. The only major problem I observed was the guy at the entrance/exit was not checking hand stamps on the way out, which is a huge safety issue. Why bother going through all the hand stamping process when coming in if you’re not going to check it on the way out?"
