"Rhea one of the managers is Rude and has zero care about her store or her customers!!!! She is without empathy or kindness for others!!!!"
"It's crazy how they just switch all electronic to online bidding only they're literally just scamming people at this point"
"Manager will lie to you and say tag is not original tag if it’s an item she likes for herself. She’s done it numerous times to me alone and has done it to others. Bad goodwill location, stay clear away."
"My daughter and I shop at both locations in Turlock frequently, they have good items, however, I am not happy with the customer service practices. Covid restrictions have been over long ago and they are still holding on to Covid practices. They don't allow anyone to use the bathrooms or dressing rooms. And they also removed the mirrors from the wall, an employee stated that the mirror had broken which I believe to be untrue as I had been told by an employee during another visit, that they planned on taking them down to discourage customers from trying on clothing. My daughter was trying on clothes in the isle over her own clothes and looking at herself in a mirror that was for sale, an employee came over and moved it and stacked pictures over it when she stepped away to look at another rack nearby, they made her feel uncomfortable. They also refuse to sell any items that are not priced, I find these practices to be very bad retail services and poor marketing procedures. Your inventory is given to you by your community and as a company that I am sure makes a lot of profit off of the community that they serve, you would think you would want to do a better job serving the customers that frequent your business. I have been to many other locations in other areas, the employees are very helpful and accommodating, the restrooms and dressing rooms are open for their customers and they have no problem pricing an item at the register that may not be tagged. Turlock Goodwills NEED to do a better job of serving their community, that so generously provides the items for the establishment to stay in business. I asked for the phone number for the corporate office and the employee refused to give it to me."
