"Pre-ordered something from this company in Jan 2024 that was suppose to be available in March 2024. They took my money and now have just refunded me and canceled my order. Like really? Now I’m going to have to order elsewhere and wait even longer because this company makes promises they clearly have no intention of keeping. Don’t order from here if you actually want the items you’re looking for."

"It’s been over a month since I placed my $300 online order. Website said In stock and when I called after no shipping information after 2 weeks I was told my order would be shipped after they have available stock to ship around the end of January. Zero response to emails."

"Placed an order on December 28th for something they originally showed in stock on their website. It has since been changed to arriving soon. They already charged my credit card (right away, I might add). I called in January and was informed that it was a preorder and would be shipping out the end of January. It's the middle of february and I still don't have it. I've emailed several times. No one responds. I emailed yesterday requesting to cancel the order and get a full refund. Still no reply. Time to contact the better business bureau. Don't to online business with this company. They are a ripoff."

"If you want overpriced liquor go here. Went here to grab a couple bottles of Hennessy white, which I thought we couldn't get in the US. They had it for sale for 199.99 but they had a "discounted" price for $119.99. I swooped on the "deal" for 119.99. I later found out I can get the same bottles for 89.99 at total wine and spirits. I called the owner and asked if they could give me a refund because I found it for cheaper. They refused. They marked up the Henny white by $110 normal price, and their "discounted" price is still marked up by $30. I got scammed"
