"Very basic haircut skills. No appointments, you're dumped in a queue that's maybe followed if the people don't have a regular or friend walk in. It's best to use the online option to get in the queue. But overall, it's impossible to know how long it'll take to get a haircut. It's even more impossible to get anyone to acknowledge you, much less to speak to you. Forget about having any real estimate on wqit time. The digital system is inaccurate even if the waitlist is followed. Go to any of the real barbers in town. Morgan Hill has many great barbers. There's no need to mess with sports clips."
