"I was told by an employee at Circle K that those machines they have now for self checkout were put in the stores because of rude customers. So you have 2 employees standing there talking to each other and no time for customer service, yet the store was dirty and the bathroom was a mess. This is why self check outs in gas stations are a bad idea. I realize there are rude people and that there are days a person has a lot of issues personally, but that doesn't mean EVERYONE has to pay for rude customer issues. I won't be back to any Circle K's"
