"Great, authentic japanese experience! They’re japanese with french influence. Service is great too and reservations are easy to do over the phone. Loved the eel rice and japanese breakfast!"
"This is where my brother took me to celebrate my birthday!! It was very enjoyable. The omurice was soft and flavorful with the pork placed on top as well as a few pieces in the ketchup rice itself. Highly recommend. The crab curry was super creamy and flavorful. The pickles that were on it also cut through that richness making it easy to eat a lot of this. The Japanese breakfast was also a star and I love that the type of fish can change seasonally. The stand out on this were the ginger marinated baby shrimp as they provided a great pop of flavor. Parking around here isn’t a problem as there are two parking garages on the same block. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. The chawamushi is calling my name!!!!"
"Hands down the most enjoyable Japanese and French fusion food in town! The bento box shows authenticity and delicacy of Japanese cuisine at its best. The duck confit is pretty good with the couscous. The grapefruit tart, special dessert of the day, was very impressive too! It feels like we don’t get to find this kind of hearty food at this price anywhere else in LA! Reservation is highly recommended!"
"We truly love everything about this place. My companion found it by searching for authentic Japanese cuisine and it was as authentic as it possibly could be. Intentionally I ordered Sukiyaki as that has always been one of my favorites. It was heart warming and delicious. Our waitress was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She paid attention to everything and we felt welcome. We certainly will go back there next time in LA."
"Great Kyoto style, traditional breakfast and dinner set. We tried the unagi on rice and black cod set, it was delicious. We also came for their Christmas set menu, it was great as well."
