"I decided to come here to try the "Prime" carne asada since it was a couple dollars cheaper than the other more famous spots. I requested 3 pounds of "Prime" carne asada with marinade. Customer service was good nothing to do complain about that. Once I got home and I opened the bag I could clearly see that out of 6 pieces only two of them had the nice marbling that a Prime grade steak would have. The other 4 pieces could pass only as Select grade, not even Choice. I'm very disappointed but at least I didn't make the mistake of ordering the usual 10 -15 pounds of beef that we usually get for a get together. I have a suspicion that they're mixing Prime grade and Select grade beef and selling it all as Prime. So for anyone else looking to save a couple bucks on Prime carne asada, please do yourself a favor and visit one of the most established places there is. They might be a couple bucks more expensive but at least you get what you pay for."
