"I have to edit this review because I won't shop here anymore. The staff is kind of nasty, you get eye balled a lot and social skills are just all-around lacking. It's kind of a hostile feeling, just look at some yelp reviews. There is only ever 1 register open and their "self-checkout" is the only other way to check out. They don't have enough staff on registers, and everyone has to use the self-check. Which means if you want to get in and out fast that's never going to happen. They never open their 15 items or less lane, ever. I have never seen it open once in 8 years. The neighborhood is a full of older foreign folks who need lots of help which makes the "not gonna hire enough staff to max profits for shareholders" corporate culture this store and most others operate by a joke. I can't get a bag of flour without wasting 20 min in a line. Go to Smart and Final, the staff is super nice and they man their registers and have a fast self-checkout area not full of overloaded carts. You still have to deal with the crazy bad old foreign drivers there too but there is no escaping them in the valley."

"Its big but that's about it. Tried 2x now with the Vons Fresh Pass and never got groceries both times. Just don't waste your time with the app. Also, despite its large size it's constantly out of stock of items"

"This is actually the only Vons that I visit and I've been visiting this location for over 3 years. Management super cool the store runs efficiently the meat department workers are great and everyone always ask if I need help or says hi and acknowledges me when I shop as well as I discover others. It's not in the best of the best areas so make sure to lock all your valuables in your trunk. Other than that don't forget to download the Vons app because you can save money and earn rewards it's always great to save at least $10 specially with a High Cost of Living nowadays."
