"The young clerks and a few of the cashiers are very kind . There is an associate I always try to avoid but somehow get stuck with her either at self check out or at one of the other registers. She's tall , wears a lot of makeup , never smiles and has a really mean attitude. You don't even have to talk to her during your visit and she'll find a way to say something rude and she uses a lot of foul language, it makes me uncomfortable. The past two times I had her I noticed that... I should also mention I was purchasing a few alcoholic beverages and she was so stuck in her weird funk she didn't check my ID and threw my items into the bagging area. I called the store and reported this but who knows if they did anything !"

"hello! Ralph’s is horrible. I ordered groceries from it and my purchase was $250 plus change. They replaced some items for more money less product. But the kicker was the final charge on my card was over $300 for what? I will never know… Ralph’s. Never again."

"The site is a bit crowded together. Good fresh veggies and fruit, decent bakery. I don't like that they eliminated some checkouts in favor of self check. The prices are higher than food for less (although they have more items), so I'd rather have a check out person bag my groceries for the process they charge. This past visit they had ONE full service open."

"They should have more patient employees working in the self check out. Today 1/8/2024 at 4:10pm I go after picking up my kids to the market because I have a baby. They are so my helpers so I can get the groceries and they are very respectful boys. But I had a horrible experience at this location I prefer the far drive to friendly and professional customers service. Well as I am picking up my things to leave from self check out. I don’t like to bother any employees because now and days they have non professional and the less respectful one’s working. Like Samuel idk if he’s a manager or just a typical employee. But I was literally leaving my boys were waiting for me with the stroller and he was hand gesturing and saying to my kids to move. If they want want to say something it shouldn’t be difficult to direct it to the mother or father there. So I didn’t say anything to Samuel or the self checkout representative. I stayed quiet to get out of their way. I am never spending a penny in that store. Ralph’s hire better management or at least train them better. Their work ethic is horrific. Clear out by your self check out for moms who get their kids out people’s way to have more space. Don’t take it on us!"

"This place is FILTHY. There is literally MOLD all over the milk shelves!!! Someone call the health department!!! The staff here are rude and inattentive. The manager literally has the worst attitude and seems to hate his job. They will literally all be chatting to each other instead of checking you out. I used to have a great experience shopping here but all the old staff is gone and so is the spirit. There will be a line all the way down the aisle and they will still only have 1 register open. What happened to low prices and fast check out! More like HIGH PRICES AND SLOW CHECK OUT!"
