"I need to get this off my chest. I take an elderly lady who has macular degeneration and is legally blind shopping once a month. I am ashamed of this store and company. We go to store 704 in granada hills, ca. When we got up to the checkstand there was two people in front of us. Time went by because there was only one checkstand open. Not only was the cashier checking but she was also bagging. I also had a basket of groceries. I looked behind us and now there was 3 more full bakets behind us. I asked the front manager who was talking to another employee if we could get another checkstand opened. She replied and pointed to the checkstand we were in. Completely dismissing my request. She then went back ti talking to the employee. I know they want us to use self checkouts but we had one cart full and was $344.00 and another one $56.00. I called to complain to Ralph's main office and never heard back. I called Kroger main office twice and never got a call back. When I worked for this company we knew what customer service was. What has happened? Don't they understand that customers are the ones who pay there salary. Like I said I am ashamed of the company I once worked for. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere."

"Love Ralph's produce section. Usually well stocked with a wide variety of fruits and veggies. Good bakery too. Love the Croissant Bread; makes the best French Toast ever!!!!"

"My go to grocery store when I need something. I never had any issues while shopping here and I always find what I need beside red plums. I like that they also have a deli where you can pick up some healthy turkey breast and a butcher if you need red meat. They also carry the only brand of coconut water that I like to drink from. This store also has about 12 self check out station which help get you out of the store faster, just remember that certain item are not allowed at the self checkout station like alcohol unless there someone who can help overwrite it. There plenty of parking here as well if you come and the homeless people who use to be set up on the sidewalk are gone now."
