"If I could, I’d give this store 0 stars! I called to inform them that they left all the frozen items off my order. The manager didn’t apologize or anything. She just said: do you want to come back and get them? She needs to be retrained in how to deal with customers because she got extremely defensive and argumentative when I also told her that I wanted to complain about the rude lady who brought our groceries to the car, which just happened to be her also. I asked her for a refund and by this time she was so angry she said: you can call back tomorrow and have my boss process it. I mean really? Talk about childish behavior! I’m done with this store. There are too many other stores that offer grocery pick up and managers who appreciate their customers! My advice to the lady manager is to grow up, lady, and get retrained! No one has time for your pettiness this time of the evening!"
"I love Von’s! I shop here at least twice a month but if I lived closer it would be more often. What a classy store! They have a wonderful deli. The sushi is tender and fresh every time! They have great produce, meat, and recipe selections. The best !"

"Never again! The last 2 times I’ve shopped here I’ve been treated badly by the rude, racist black lady. The Hispanic guy next to me at self check out tonight agreed. I tried to get her name, but she heard me and saw me looking for her name tag and hurried to pass us. She needs to be fired. I’m going back to Ralph’s even if it’s a bit out of my way. I’ve never been treated badly at Ralph’s ever. And here’s a video of this Von’s nasty, trashy, ghetto tagged bathroom. Disgusting."
