"April 28 2023, Memorial location Murfreesboro, around 6 pm, purchased Medium vanilla custard with melted choc chip. The key word to take from this is MEDIUM. Check out the pictures taken immediately upon hand off out the drive thru. The cup was 2/3's full at a full $ 10+ clip. No receipt (otherwise, I would provide server and time), no napkin, but worst of all was paying for a medium and getting a small. Second issue in 3 months. Done here."

"Today I went to get the Cookie Casanova jackhammer. It was like a 2x point day and I was craving the dessert. I guess there was one lady working today because she didn't give me my rewards points for the order nor gave me the order I requested. The "cookie dough" Casanova jackhammer is what I received. There was nobody in line but us...I don't mind a wait when it comes to an accurate order. I am disappointed will be a while before I return."

"Absolutely disgusting filthy equipment. I love the Andy’s chain. This location has gone down hill. It is filthy and a health hazard to their customers. It is a shame for a local franchise to tarnish the image of this company. The service during my last visit was also extremely sub par. I waiting almost 20 minutes to get my order and there was no one else there but me. I will post a photo below"
