"This is a review for a walk-in custom Friday the 13th tattoo I received from one of their lady artists from over a year ago because I was and still am so horrified of my results. I wanted a fine line handwritten tattoo and saw this location had nearly perfect reviews. Came in the early evening and was greeted by the owner. Filled out paperwork and waited half an hour to be seen. I thought the owner was going to work on me but a lady artist called me over because she was available. I provided her a custom design off of Google (1st photo). She then printed the sheets out in various sizes and we worked on placement. Something was wrong with her printer ink because she began to use a ballpoint pen to add her own lines to fix it thus changing up the design (2nd photo). I had no idea why she was adding her own lines because it started to not look like the Google image anymore so I consulted with the owner. They fixed the printer and he had her reprint them. When we decided on a size, she set up my chair. Since the placement was above my left elbow, she laid the adjustable table flat so I could lie on my belly. I got on the table, which she did not lock, and the table started to fold up and move on its wheels. I exclaimed and her boyfriend, who was coming in and out helping her get her dinner, fixed the tattoo table. Now, the table was no longer horizontal for me to lay on but now upright like a chair. Since I was getting a placement above my elbow, shouldn’t I have been laying down? Out of my patience and kindness, I gave her a chance because she is the “expert.” So I sat upright like in a chair and she got to tattooing me. She positioned me so I had my left arm on the arm rest. She hunched over at a weird position to tattoo me. The whole time she seemed stressed and kept telling me she was sweating. Again, probably the stress of Friday the 13th and the heat that day so I didn’t say anything. Because I was not laying on my belly, the whole tattoo turned out crooked. My total quoted around $110 with a regretful tip. My only positive experience was speaking with the sweet customers and the owner who was super kind. I regretfully say that I wish I waited to get a tattoo from the owner instead."
