"this place will literally scam you out of money. their machines aren’t very strong so you have to purchase more sessions. they tell you it’s cheaper to purchase a package and when you’re unsatisfied with the result after one session they refuse to refund you. this should be illegal. not to mention the employees are rude and will lie to you to get you to think they’re on your side. was told it would be no problem for a refund, got s phone call and when I returned it I didn’t hear back for 4 weeks until i took the initiative to call again and that’s when i was told I couldn’t get a refund. get your answers straight and maybe return the phone calls that your clients give. take my advice and stay away from this place."

"Their machine are so weak they're considered toys compared to other places' machines. They don't do anything except they burn and dry out your skin, and when telling them they blamed it on the weather and gave me petroleum gelly. Tried to call customer service many times and they put me on hold for 59 minutes then gets disconnected. Total scam with zero results. I had paid for more sessions but I rather not go to prevent anymore damage to my skin. Paid but not going: That's how terrible this place is."

"I waited a year to write a review to make sure I'm sharing my experience with the ultimate results. LASER HAIR REMOVAL was awesome, after like 3 treatments, compliant with schedule approximately 6 weeks apart. I didn't need to shave for months. Underarm is almost no hair, just thin hairs. FACE THERMAGE, a magic. After 6 months, my family and friends noticed a huge difference, despite of stressful year, they said I look 10 years younger. CLEAR BRILLIANT- maintained my 10 years younger look for a year now. Didn't age I gues after all those treatment. "At first I was embarrassed being a plus size gal but all the ladies made me feel so comfortable. They were super friendly. I had body hair removal and I go every 6 weeks. The nurse Dakota was absolutely amazing, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. The ladies up front, Yanira & Felicia really connected with me. I ended up staying for almost an hour just chatting away. Their smiles are contagious and they are always extremely friendly. I actually have another appointment later today and I always look forward to going. Thanks ladies! :)"
