"Had to jump on here and leave a review for Nathan’s shop! Clean, well staffed, great piercing options, friendliest staff and Nathan is always welcoming! This place is the best I have ever been to! Drove 30 min just to come to Nathan’s!"

"Sammie did a bad job on my tattoo and overcharged me (450 dollars for work that well wasn’t worth that). I asked to get it redone, missed the appointment because I had Covid and thought I had texted the artist (I didn’t text her which is my fault, so I unfortunately did no call no show). I texted her and apologized as soon as I realized I hadn’t texted her. She got upset that I didn’t communicate it to her and now she doesn’t want to fix her work, told me she will not work on my tattoo in the future anymore. Doesn’t have that policy written anywhere in writing or on their website, wasn’t communicated to me ever. Also they booked me with her without telling me that she was an apprentice, and I wasn’t aware until after the tattoo was done. Don’t come here, lots of better shops in LA for cheaper if you do your research. Now gotta get this tattoo worked on elsewhere. Look at screenshot of messages for reference."

"Been coming here for over 10 years. Always have had an amazing experience. Nathan is great! Everyone is always super positive & makes sure you’re extremely comfortable. I meant to leave this review a few months ago. My daughter got her ears pierced there at about 5 months & everything could not have gone more smoothly. We were last minute to make an appointment (the day before pictures) but Nathan was super kind & accommodating even though I told him I understood it was my fault for not planning better. He found someone to come in. I wish I could remember her name. She also did my nose piercing a couple years ago. This is why you should leave positive reviews immediately. She was awesome & super patient & gentle with my girl. Fast forward to now my daughter’s ears healed wonderfully without any issues & we get many compliments all the time. Definitely recommend!"

"Nathan and his crew were accommodating, professional, and exhibit high levels of expertise. I do not see myself going anywhere else for my piercing needs and I want to give a special shout out to Enna, ( if I remembered your name incorrectly please correct me and I'll update my review!) Zara, the gentleman with the purple hair (I'm sorry I can't recall the name but please let me know and I'll update the review) and epically Nathan for creating such an affable atmosphere for me and my sister. "Such a great experience getting my ears pierced at Nathan's. Nathan himself is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and warm towards customers, and the shop as a whole carries a great vibe. The price is well worth the quality of work done there and the wide variety of jewelry they sell allows for so many options. If you're looking to get Piercings, go to Nathan's! It's the highest rated shop for good reason."
