Looks like Morgan county has the worst of everything, including all the utility companies If you think is normal to have autopay online, ph calls to customers, no fees to pay online...and all other "normal" stuff for a public utility company...nope, that's not their business plan. They have a website and payment portal that I can create in couple of hours...so minimal investment with max profit"
