"My husband sent me flowers and for almost $200 this was not worth it. Not even the signature card had effort put into it the flower arrangement is nice after I removed the dead flowers but not worth 200 for a premium arrangement. And not what was ordered"

"Not a true florist - they don't care much about flower arrangements. The delivery was days late (even though we paid for same day delivery), and the arrangement received was pitiful looking and wilted. The gift message was poorly made and didn't include the signature. Customer service was not particularly helpful nor apologetic. They did say they would refund the gift - but only if we returned the arrangement! Can't ask someone to return a gift like that. Definitely not worth the money. Use any other floral company, even Walmart will give you a better arrangement for a much cheaper price."

"Do not listen to the prior reviews!!! I would recommend this flower shop in a heartbeat! My bouquet seemed a little light for the deluxe package. I called and explained the flowers did not seem as full and provide as statement as much as the photo provided. Mike explained that I did not request for substitutions. This was on me as I was not aware this was a thing. Due to supply they made the best with what they had. (The flowers were extremely fresh and pretty!) With the arrangement smaller than anticipation I Inquired if they would refund a portion from deluxe to standard package. Mike was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to make it right for the individual who received the flowers! He even provided recommendations for future occurrences so this didn't happen again. Thank you again Smoots Flowers!!! I have been in customer service for years and was extremely impressed with the services."
