"Always employees standing around and doing nothing , certain employees you can ask them a question if you need help and they look like you are bothering them, if by a miracle they actually listen to the question and answer it ( if you want to call it that) they actually tell me/us/people we know, that they don't know what isle it's on. And don't ask if they will/can help you find an item for your elderly family member because they tell you to go to a different store besides Kroger!!! It's MORE than THIS , but I have to get in bed. Perhaps I can tell more about it at a later date."

"The gentrification of East Nashville seems to have made this store way worse off than it was before the renovation. The stock issues are rampant, the restrooms are extremely dirty, it's horrendously understaffed and the employees that do exist clearly don't want to be there. Evidently Kroger doesn't pay nearly enough to cover the cost of living."

"I would like to prep this review by saying I understand good help is hard to find. Hope this review helps to weed people out. I was in the store today, a little after 3 pm. I used the self checkout and because I had a cold medicine item, I had to show my ID. The girl who was supposed to be watching over self checkout was on her phone in plain sight. I stood there and looked in her direction, trying to show her some grace and hoped she would look up from her phone. Meanwhile the self check is running while she is not paying attention. After awhile I walked over to her and asked if she could check my ID. By this time, someone she was familiar with was talking to her. Even after letting her know I needed her assistance, there was still no sense of urgency as she proceeded to talk to her friend and then finally assisted me. Further training may be needed with this person. Thank You"

"My arm is in a cast, but there were no registers open. Had to do self check-out. You should always have a cashier open"

"The store carries a good variety of items and the sushi is also good quality. But this store is GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED. It is rare that there is more than 1 checkout lane open, if that, and the curbside pickup is incredibly slow. It’s also very difficult to get anyone on the phone outside of the pharmacy. Updated to 1 star. Tried to pick up instacart and it was an absurd lack of service and the interaction I had when simply trying to get someone to hand me 3 items when my order was already ready was comical."
