"Ordered flowers the day before my Mother's birthday. Flowers were delivered promptly the day of her birthday on the weekend and were beautiful. The delivery person was very nice to my mother, and even waited for her to come to the door which took a little while. He called me personally after delivery to let me know they were delivered per my request. Very happy with their service!"

"Ordered flowers for delivery a day before my mom’s birthday to be delivered to her the next day (on her bday). She never got the flowers. I called the following day when they opened to see what happened and they said the delivery driver hadn’t arrived to work yet, so they would call me back when they find out what happened. I didn’t receive a call back by 3:40pm so I called them again and they said they lost the delivery ticket and asked what they could do for me. I asked for a refund or partial refund since I paid a lot of money for them to deliver it on her birthday and I also asked them to deliver the flowers since I told her I ordered them for her and even though it would be late, I still wanted her to have them. They said they could only do one or the other per “company policy.” So I just asked them to go ahead and deliver them since I still wanted her to have the flowers, so essentially nothing changed except they delivered it two days late. I literally paid a lot of money for flowers to be delivered on my mom’s birthday and they just didn’t deliver them… and then their solution was to just go ahead and deliver them two days late, no refund or anything. I won’t be using this company again- have zero faith that they will follow through with delivery or try to rectify the situation when they inevitably don’t. Oh also when they did deliver it two days later- They weren’t the colors I ordered."

"Not sure why all the poor reviews. I've ordered through door dash and called this florist direct and they have made very beautiful arrangements for me on several occasions!"

"Im gonna start off by saying this bouquet was terribly put together and they should be embarrassed of themselves. The first photo is of what the arrangement is supposed to look like and, you guessed it, the other two photos is what I received. Where are the tulips? This place is a joke. The roses are old and already starting to die. Placed the order for Valentine’s Day. And a few days later it was dead. It is so embarrassing to gift someone special this arrangement. I could’ve made a better arrangement buying flowers from a grocery store. And it would’ve cost me less than half the price this cost. Will never again purchase from them. I love supporting local business but the lack of professionalism and care put into this arrangement, has left a terrible impression. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and do not buy from them!"

"I ordered an arrangement with autumn flowers to be based on the first photo I posted here with sunflowers to be added. I ordered on the phone, but the florist and I were looking at the same photo online as we spoke. What I got is the second photo that does not, to me, look at all like an autumn flower arrangement nor in any way similar to the photo we discussed. I am so embarrassed that this is what I sent my friend."
