"I recently went to the Walmart across from the Wolf Chase Mall on Hwy 64 in Bartlett. Previously they had lost my tire business because of poor customer service. But I still used them for oil changes on my two cars. That is now changing because they have messed up my oil pan while doing a simple oil change. My car did not leak oil before I took my car in but it does now. I had NO oil spots in the drive or anywhere else before this and now I have to catch it with an.oil pan until I can get it fixed. The same tech that lied to me about my tire, did this oil change. Again it seemed like forever before he was done. When he came in, he told me he had noticed some oil leaks and had a hard time getting the oil plug out. He continued by saying he got it back in but it was not leaking. I left the car care center and drove home and to a friend's house to take to them some goodies. Upon leaving I noticed a puddle of oil where my car had been. It was too late to take it back that Saturday evening. I went back to the center early the next morning but the tech refused to acknowledge my complaint. He said he had told me about the leak and he could do nothing about it. If you have had your car serviced there, you know, you only see the notes AFTER the service is done. I asked for a manager but got ANOTHER coach. She,as in the other case, said he told you about it and you paid for it. Yes I paid for the service but not to have my oil pan messed up! Both, the tech and the coach were argumentative, and would do nothing about it. I called the store manager, the same one, mind you, as before. When I asked him what he would do in that situation, he replied, "Take it back to them." I asked him when he would be in the store again, and he agreed to meet me the next day, Monday, at 11:00 am. I had bought a drain plug in the meantime and had it and the receipt with me. He re-embursed me and told the center to put the plug in and do an oil change for me. Another tech actually did this change but could not get the plug to work because the treads had been stripped. He replaced the old plug and said he could do nothing else. I called the store manager but he ignored my call. I texted him and told him the situation, to which he responded, that he had read the notes on the receipt, and since I had prior knowledge of the condition, he could do nothing about it. I told him, that IF I had oil spots on my driveway, I would have had prior knowledge of it, but that is not the case. It was not leaking when I took it in but it was when I took it home. I also told him that since the notes are only seen AFTER the fact, THAT could not be construed as prior knowledge. I reminded him that the last tech had lied to me about the service and willingly violated THEIR insurance rules AND posted safety procedures, asking if it was inconceivable that he would write notes to cover his error? I have not had any communication from him since. I will call the corporate office next and discuss it with their regional manager. DO. NOT take your car to their car care center. They will not stand behind their work or fix their mistakes. They will tell you you're to blame and refuse to own up to their mistakes. I know others who have had similar experiences with THIS car care center at Walmart 950 on Hwy 64 in Bartlett, Tennessee, and will never take their care to them again. Your loyalty means nothing TO THEM."
"I decided to try Auntie Anne's on September 10, 2023. I doordash on this day and luckily my pretzel was still warm. I got the pepperoni pretzel. It was pretty good by itself, but the marinara sauce definitely made it better. I also decided to try the Blue Raspberry Lemonade Frost. When I opened the lid it looked more like a frozen Blue Raspberry Lemonade. It was ok, but a little disappointed I was expecting a little more I guess. All in all Auntie Anne's was ok."
"It was good except it was extremely too much cinnamon on my pretzels she could've shook majority of that off, I was looking like a big kid with sugar everywhere on me"
"Owner was rude and would not accept a coupon from the Auntie Anne’s app. Had the audacity to say I probably already used it. He has lost my business and respect."
"I was there today . There was a man serving. He took so many breaks . He even left it unintended. Food was every where. This is assame. The service was horrible . He wrote and I qoute “be back in 10 minutes ”. It was an hour later . He should be fired ."
