"I’ve used DFI off and on for 15 years. I was always happy with the candles I have had made but this last time was very unpleasant. I ordered 5 candles to me made from my mother in-law’s funeral. I called them three times before I was able to reach someone to place my order. I then paid my deposit. Weeks later I noticed a second payment on my charge. They never called me or emailed me that my order was ready. I was finally able to get them to respond to an email to confirm my order was ready. I gave them at time and date that I would like to pick up my order, again no response. I called their phone and left a message for when I would be by there to pick up my candles. Their phone message states they open at 8:00 but again they don’t answer their phone or return emails. Finally someone pulled up in the driveway and gave me my order after I sat in the driveway 45 minutes. Bottom line their don’t answer their phone, their don’t return calls, they don’t answer their door and if your lucky they might return your emails. They not customer friendly and not very business like. It’s unfortunate because they have very nice products."

"We sent flowers from my mother-in-law’s funeral for candles in January 2014 For various reasons we put them away. Fast forward to June 2019 and we found them in a closet. They were in perfect condition and smelled wonderful. However, after the passage of time and the loss of other immediate family members, I couldn’t remember whose funeral they were from. Fortunately there was a sticker on the bottom of the candles so I looked up the website and reached out to see if they had records back that far. The very next morning I received the good news that Donna had found the records. Thank you, not only for the lovely candles, but for going above and beyond to help us. The candles are beautiful and I highly recommend using Design Finds. We are located in the Tulsa Oklahoma area and couldn’t find anything close to this special to preserve the memories."
