"I would not recommend that anyone purchase flowers through Olive Branch Floral. I placed an order the day before my daughter's birthday for delivery. The order was cancelled for lack of floral supplies and I was not notified of cancellation. I provided and email, text number, and phone number for this business, and prepaid for the order. Apparently, this business didn't think my business was important enough to even notify me of the cancellation. It may not seem like an important issue to them, but I had not missed sending my daughter flowers on her birthday in 40 years. It was a big deal to me. DO NOT TRUST YOUR FLOWERS TO THIS BUSINESS. I am trying to make contact with the owner, and they are ignoring my call. Live and learn, I guess."

"Used this company for the flowers for my wedding and it was the biggest mistake I made. Worst business I have ever worked with! Very unprofessional and even accused me of lying and my loved ones not being concerned enough when we didn't call them as soon as we saw the flowers (10 minutes before we started taking pictures and just a couple of hours before the ceremony started)! I showed them one picture as to what I wanted all of the flowers to look like and I got THREE totally different sets of flowers that looked NOTHING alike! When I went up there the day after we got back from our honeymoon I was told the manager would contact me within the next hour. 2 1/2 days go by and no word, so I give them a call only to be told by the owners daughter that it was my fault for not calling them immediately (umm hello have you ever had a wedding?? There is no time for anything!) and that there was nothing they could do for me. I will never see my $500 again and I want to stop this from happening to anyone else!"
