"Without a doubt, the BEST flower shop in Memphis! I placed an order last minute Valentine’s Day morning and called them after 6 PM because we didn’t have the flowers yet. I spoke to the owner, who apologized PROFUSELY. There was an issue with the carrier company they had hired to deliver flowers and things weren’t getting delivered. But he was so genuine and apologetic that it didn’t even matter. Things happen that are sometimes out of our control and it certainly was not his fault! I called the afternoon on the next day to see if the flowers were going to be delivered and he told me they were and let me tell you…it was TOTALLY worth getting them a day late. They are the freshest and most gorgeous flower arrangement I have ever ordered. None of the flowers were wilted or half dead. And the flowers actually smell like flowers! So many times roses are beautiful, but don’t smell. Not the ones from this company! You can smell the sweet aroma of all the flowers throughout the entire downstairs. Even though my first experience was a bit crazy, I will absolutely be giving Flowers of Memphis all of my business in the future. Their prices are reasonable and their arrangements are gorgeous! 11/10 would recommend for the flowers and the customer service!"
