"We got a Uber order for this place and we could not find the place so we called the supposed business to ask where they were and she refused to tell us and refused to give us the order instead she wanted to deliver it because of the tip there was a 50$ tip and she wanted it that's why she wouldn't give the order but little did she realize that it's a digital tip and she is not going to receive it because it was in the Uber app lol do not go here the reviews say the flowers are wilted and brown and shipped in a box not vase there customer service is awful"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your money. They upsell and then defend sending arrangements that differ and are smaller by saying they have a substitution policy so they can send as small of an arrangement as they want. Don’t waste your money on “premium” because they reserve the right to tell you that the “standard” arrangement they deliver is actually premium when it clearly is not. Don’t shop here or FTD"

"If I could have posted a negative star I would have. Paid extra to be delivered a day before Valentine's day at three different locations. The delivery came a day after Valentine's day, and the flowers looked terrible. Was sent a pathetic attempt (email) to make amends. I suggest delivering what was ordered at half off seeing all three (different addresses) were 2 days late. SEE PICS OF FLOWERS"

"Horrible business. Late submission but have been trying to call customer service to complain. First time customer and will never use pro flowers again. Random additional $9.99 shipping just because it happened to be Valentine’s Day. Two dozen roses, leaves were crunched, falling off like crazy, brown crusty leaves. I’d rather spend twice as much next time and go to a local florist and have a beautiful bouquet, I was incredibly embarrassed my girlfriend received these."

"My credit card information was compromised and I had fraudulent purchases charged to my card as a result of using this website. There was a direct link, still shown on their website for a shipping rebate and when I signed up for it, my credit card info was stolen. On top of that, my flowers arrived and they look horrible. They look worse than the flowers offered at the local dollar store. They are wilted and the white roses are already turning brown. Do not use this company! I have also filed a complaint with consumer affairs"
