"The lady who printed my card for my arrangement did not listen to what I said, I said put happy birthday with a female name on it, when I delivered the flowers to my date it said happy birthday Preston! The names sound nothing a like, needless to say Pugh's florist in Southaven Ms just caused me one of the most embarrassing moments of my life!"

"II received this plant in the last 15 minutes. It was sweet of my husband, but the plant isn’t worth what he paid.. More than 3/4 of the blooms are wilted and dying. Photo 1 shows that, but the camera doesn’t nearly show the damage. The bright red flowers (2) appear to be from the very same plant.but otherwise quite different. They have beautiful color, much less wilting, and buds that aren’t dying already. Also, there is no paper telling me anything about the plant including its name and care instructions. This is terribly sad because for years I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. Now, after several bad experiences, I won’t be able to use them again."
