"I received one of the most beautiful flower arrangements ever from this florist. The flowers were for my birthday from my sister who is currently in the Marshall Islands."

"DO NOT order flowers from this place unless you want to be scammed. I ordered flowers for my friends 90 year old birthday celebration. I picked out a unique arrangement of roses. Several different colors. Wanted something extra special. I paid $135 for this arrangement. My friend instead received all red roses. I live out of state so I didn’t know what was received until 2 days later (they were delivered on Friday). I got a picture from my friend on Sunday. I was shocked as it was not what I ordered. I didn’t mention to my friend for fear of upsetting her. I immediately did a reply to the confirmation email stating what happened with my order. Monday I checked my email for a response and had gotten an error saying message was not deliverable. No fault of mine though. I called them and talked to a very rude lady I told her about the error. She tried her best not to take blame for the Mistake. She told me she was really supposed to have charged me $35 more (as if she did me a favor and I should be grateful) for the arrangement because I ordered it from the website that had outdated prices for two years now. She elected to not call and try to collect the additional amount. Said it was supposed to be $135 from me but she let it go. I told her I paid $135 and then she stated it should have been $170. I told her if she called Me for that I would have cancelled the order. She further stated that she didn’t get the order’s picture from the website. Told me all that it said it was “assorted” roses. To me that confirms it was supposed to be different roses. How do you operate a flower shop when you don’t know what you are making!?!? She also stated I took too long to report it and that roses are only guaranteed for 24 hours. These were received late Friday and I didn’t know they screwed up until Sunday. Two days and only one is a business day. She further stated “it was only an error.” When I worked if I made a mistake I had to correct it. And I had to own that I made the mistake. She asks what did I want. I told her either my money back or send my friend the correct arrangement. She stated she would have to collect the first arrangement back before my friend got another one. I told her I did not want to upset my friend who was 90. I would prefer given the situation my friend keep the first one and she deliver the new one. I know my friend would get upset if she knew about the situation would feel bad thar it caused any trouble. My conversation ended with me telling her I would never do business with her shop again. Such a scam. Maybe I’m crazy but I think I should get what I paid for. ."

"In the midst of a very busy work day, these lovely flowers were delivered. A friend had ordered a Christmas bouquet and this arrangement has beautiful, substantial white roses, holly berries, and a lovely mix of red, green, and white. Friendly delivery person and the sender was very pleased with the arrangement, too. They said, “I always worry they won't be as pretty as the picture, but they did a great job!” I’ve never used them prior but would now, based on this experience, Thank you A to Z. "Needed a last minute corsage for my daughter and they made it happen! After several calls to other florist and getting No’s, I followed my spirit and went to A to Z..best decision I made!! The owner was great and worked with me even though they usually need 24 hours to make a special order. I showed her a picture of my daughter dress and she took it from there. She absolutely knocked it out the park and came through for me in the clutch!! You have gained a customer for life!"

"GREAT SERVICE! In a pinch, I placed an order online the evening before my best friend’s birthday. The next morning I looked back on their website and noticed they had some pretty bad reviews. I became concerned that I had chosen a bad florist. However, my experience was a positive one. A to Z Florist, during inclement weather delivered on time, exactly what I ordered. The floral arrangement and all were perfect and of good quality. The delivery driver was a very kind young man- didn’t get his name ): Kuddos to you A to Z for helping me make my best friend’s birthday special!!!"
