"My husband sent me flowers today trying to surprise me but arrangement he picked did not meet the expectation. I can't believe he spent over 140.00 for what I received. He also paid extra for me to receive them by 12:00 of course that did not happen. I received them 1hour 40mins later. I can't believe the bow that was place on them look like my grandchild tied it and the flowers was placed in the vase like a kid did them also. My husband called to tell them about the flowers they only offered him 20%of what he paid. I hope you all don't have the experience that we had NEVER AGAIN will he order from them again."

"I paid over $150 for an arrangement to be waiting for my wife when she got to work at Baptist Memorial NICU. When she arrived, she sent me a pic and I was astonished at how the arrangement looked. Flowers looked like whipped puppies. When she brought them home, they looked even worse. First and last time ordering here. We usually use another florist and arrangements last days, even blooming after the fact. This arrangement looked like it was on its way out from the start. Looking at them not only reminded me of the money wasted, but the appearance was just depressing in general. Just the opposite of the intention. Very poor. Don't let them burn you."

"DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! She took advantage of my elderly mother who ordered a flower arrangement for a family member's funeral on behalf of our family. We paid $350 for an floral arrangement and it was horribly done not worth the money we paid. We asked for a banner to be placed on the arrangement and we were told we would need to pay more money - we can't get a banner for $350. Check out the photo and let me know your thoughts! Does this look like a $350 arrangement to you? I have attended a number of funerals and I have never seen anything like this!!!"

"We ordered flowers from pugh’s florist and it was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT ORDER from this unprofessional, deceptive florist! I sent a picture of what we were wanting to send to a close friend who was burying her mom in Tennessee … we were from out of state and unable to attend the funeral! I spoke to the lady and she 100% assured me they could do exactly what we had asked for AND would add a few more roses from the original picture of what what we were wanting because the price was little over 400.00 … PUGHS florist didn’t expect our grieving friend to send us the embarrassing picture of the despicable arrangement Pughs delivered to the church! They sent a cross with pitiful spider mums and just a few roses !! ….. it was absolutely NOTHING LIKE THEY PROMISED ! Our friends were all appalled and embarrassed THAT THIS Despicable arrangement what was sitting at the front of the funeral from all of us ….. I called Pughs florist immediately from Colorado —I waited for them to call me back — then went back and forth where I said I would not pay 400 for the unexceptionable completely different arrangement that was sent because it was NOT what they promised and had reassured me they were be sending!! I offered 150.00 and they said they would have to Speak to the owner … owner said she would take off 20% and I said noooooo the arrangement wasn’t even worth The 150.00 I was offering to pay … she said she would get back to be — I told her if she didn’t call me back I would dispute the charges with AMEX ((AMEX after reviewing the case agreed that Pughs DID NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED !!! Today I received a collection notice for the full amount !!!!! I am absolutely applaud at the this florist and the customer service ——- DO NOT ORDER FROM PUGHS FLORIST IN TENNESSEE —- they will not deliver what they promise !!"

"We loved the floral arrangements that Pugh's did for our wedding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And they really worked with our budget to help us get what we wanted. Communication was great and on the day delivery and set up went without a hitch. Thank you!"
