"Like everyone else that has left a review, I think the shop is cute with a wide variety of well cared for plants. My issue is customer service. I've been in this store 3 times. Not once has the person come from behind the counter to assist us. We asked questions. They were answered but no additional recommendations were made. Everything I know about this store and plants, I learned online not from the folks working there."
