"I contacted Nakeisha the owner for a quote for wedding flowers. It’s been almost a month and I never received the quote. I’m an out of state bride getting married at Heartwood Hall and her communication was TERRIBLE. I emailed multiple times and she still didn’t even know what I wanted and had to text me to ask. The kicker for me was when I started following her on instagram and she posts on social media normally daily so I never understood why she couldn’t respond to my inquiry. I was referred to Nakeisha by someone but would never recommend her or her business as her lack of communication can really stress a bride out.
