"Tux rental was reasonable, but poorly measured, and we had to swap out for larger pants. Corsage and boutonnière were expensive and, while pretty, not what we ordered. I ordered purple and black, but I got white with a couple of purple flowers and black accents. Within 2 hours, the purple flowers used were already wilting. They do pretty work, but only use if you do not have specific requirements or tastes."

"I don’t recommend this Florist because my daughter had a baby girl the beginning of March and I called and specifically ordered her flowers to be delivered to the hospital with no roses just pink lilies or any type of flowers other than roses and add babies breath. What was delivered instead was 2 roses that were pink and no babies breath, and all the rest was greenery! And I was also charged $82 for everything I didn’t order. After numerous calls to the owner about it, none of my calls were ever return still. Also, the roses died within two days. Do not use this place."

"I was very disappointed in the service I received from Ballard's Flowers. I ordered a large funeral arrangement on Saturday for my uncle's funeral on Monday. My sister gets to the funeral home and tells me they have not been delivered. I call and she said she didn't know what happened. Then they proceed to tell us that they are cancelling our order and refunding our money. They did not call to let us know or anything. Finally they say they will deliver them and when they arrived they looked thrown together and today at the funeral they were wilted. I will never use these people again. Very unproffesional."

"Very friendly and helpful. I had called another florist in town and they were very rude and not helpful. I decided to call Ballard’s and the lady from the start was so kind. I didn’t know what I wanted or what my options were to send my daughter something to school. The lady was patient and explained everything. My daughter is going to love it!"
