"I spent $400 to have a tree planted, and got pushed back week after week. I kept asking and each time was told next week. When I finally called and questioned the owner when they could do it. These were his words to me. “Mam, we have $20,000 landscape jobs to do, I can’t send two guys to come plant your little tree”. I myself have been a small business owner for over 40 years, and my business was built on the small purchases like mine, and I never forgot that every customer was is important. They should not have taken my money if they were not interested in my business. Unless you are prepared to spend thousands on landscaping, don’t bother giving them your money. Since the owner has replied, I want to clarify that I was told this tree would be planted within 2 weeks, 3 at the most by the sales person when I purchased it. You can not change what was told to me just to justify what you did, and furthermore, it also does not change your arrogant behavior towards me."
