"Great experience overall. I feel like figuring out the placement took a little longer than normal, but the procedure was fast and didn’t hurt too much. Super nice guy and prices were reasonable. Got my boyfriend in for an appointment on the same day, and did my piercing too because he had time. Update: The guy overtightened my earrings so hard that I can’t get them off. I have to have someone else take them off or I’ll have to cut them off. 5 stars down to 4 stars for that. Hopefully he didn’t cross thread them. Update Again: No cross thread, but I had to use pliers to unscrew them."
