"Lucky to have this little place here in Elk Grove. We’ve purchased meat, ceviche, fresh cheese, drinks, candy, and Mexican bread. We have not tried their hot foods yet. The only thing that I would recommend is that they provide a list with prices for Mexican bread so that customers are informed beforehand. I paid $9+ for four pieces of bread. When I asked about prices, they replied it ranges from $1.50 to $4.50 per piece (lol can’t imagine $4.50 for one piece of bread) which are keyed in manually at the register so no one really knows if being charged correctly. They open daily at 9am."
"Why do they have to keep everything so packed, so many items, piles of miscellaneous things. So crowded inside better go in when there in no other customers. Good customer service, though."
"I go to this store twice a month for meat and cheese. (I used to go once a week) They always give me more than what I asked for. Today I ordered 3 pounds of meat and 1 pound of cheese. The getleman at the counter was giving me 4 pounds. I told him I only needed 3 and even so the man gave me more than 3 pounds. This is what I see, they give me more and I end up paying more. I am very lucky to have enough to pay for the extra. But what about people who don't have enough? I love going to this store but it bothers me that every time I go I have to repeat my order and request to be given the right amount."
