"I was in constant communication with an artist who works at this shop. Emailed back and forth on what I was looking for along with setting up a consultation. My schedule and availability was very hectic due to being a firefighter but finally found a day and time that worked for me to come in. Confirmed with the artist on a day and time. I showed up and no one was there. Total waste of my time. Was willing to spend a lot of money on some more ink but now I will be taking my business elsewhere.
