"Tattoo by Tito he did Great work! Picture was from my grandparents first feel in love, and now have passed. Tito Hernandez was able to place them together amazingly beautiful and it was only about 7hrs all together. Soft hand, no digging or scraping and was able to schedule a day in advance. He threw in some beautiful flowers to blend it together. The rest of my sleeve will be finalized with his attention to detail. The rest of the staff at the location were very friendly and also do amazing at work. RESEARCH YOUR ARTIST, make sure you appreciate their art, I did for him and found him at this location.
