"Miller's Florist has the best customer service! I've used them in the past and been happy, but this Valentine's Day my wife received an arrangement that just didn't look nice. The flowers were all there, the quality of the flowers was nice, the size was nice, and the delivery was great, but they just weren't arranged in an attractive manner. I called the next day and spoke with Tonya. She assured me they'd make it right and asked me to text her a few pictures. My wife received a replacement arrangement within a few hours, and it was lovely. Tonya then called me back a little later to make sure we happy with the replacement. You can't ask for better customer service. Miller's Florist will be my go-to florist from now on."

"I hired Donny Johnson from Miller's Florist in Madison, TN to design the flowers for my nephew's rehearsal dinner at Tennessee Grassland's new event center. When Donny arrived with 2 vans full of amazing, beautiful flowers, I knew we were in great hands! When I came back I couldn't believe what I saw. When all the guests arrived they were talking about all the gorgeous flowers. There were at least 4 ladies wanting his contact information for their upcoming daughter's weddings. I also had many guests that just wanted his contact information. Donny is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable, kind and easy to work with. For Donny and Miller's Florist, 5 stars is not nearly enough. It should be 5000 stars!"

"I am in love with the flowers I received from Miller's Florist in Madison, TN on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. My door bell rang and to my surprise there stood this nice courier with 12 beautiful long stem roses with various colors. The delivery man even read, "To My Baby." What a pleasant surprise! The roses lasted for 1 week. I was able to place the roses in another vase. The florist also added instructions on maintaining the longevity of the roses. Listen up, Men, order your roses now from Miller's Florist for this upcoming Valentine's Day. Don't delay. I highly recommend Miller's Florist and I will order for future occasion. They are comparable to Louis Hody. Personally, Miller's Florist is better than Louis Hody!"
