"i go here often to get my pieces and have never had an issue till today. i bought a nectar collector last night and didn’t get a chance to use it till a couple hours ago. when i heated it up i heard the glass cracking so i took off the heat and the tip broke off. so i call the store asking if i can bring it back cause there’s no reason why it should’ve broken so soon. the girl who answered had an attitude and when i asked to talk to a manager she hung up on me. i called back and the manager answered and said i can get a 10% discount on a new one. it’s ridiculous i shouldn’t have to buy another one because i was sold a faulty piece. and 10% off of $20 is a whopping $2. with the first employee being so rude then hanging up on me and wasting my money on something i didn’t even get to use im not gonna come back. i really liked coming here too."
