Scooter's Jungle of Valencia

"Just a few days ago, we celebrated our child's birthday party at this venue. On the day of the event, to our surprise, we were greeted with a sign announcing a fire truck evacuation and a promise to contact us the next day. Initially, this caused quite a bit of panic. However, we met with the coordinator on site who explained the unavoidable circumstances. They assured us that if possible, they would let us in as soon as the situation was resolved. Thankfully, before our guests arrived, we received a call allowing us to enter the venue while we waited at a nearby park amidst the confusion. Although our time was slightly shortened due to previously scheduled events, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party safely by adjusting their schedules. Understanding that emergencies are beyond anyone's control, it's hard to hold any grievances. Instead, I want to applaud the staff's efforts to ensure our child's birthday celebration could go on. Their dedication in the face of challenges was truly commendable. A big thank you for making our child's birthday party possible against all odds."

"Ok place for kids to burn energy. But I noticed toddler toys were dirty and broken. I don’t think toys get sanitized, my kids got pink eye from this place."

"it’s a great spot for free play, i would give it 5 stars if they did free play more often. the times very, the days very… it can be weeks or months to finally get a time you can bring your kids. they used to have more free play, and i used to bring my kids more often. it’s a great place for $15 so the kids can run around play for an hour and a half"

"We had a fun time with the activities offered, the young staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. I am a little disappointed with the food. The pizza was cold because the room where they sit the guests is supper cold, the pasta salad noodles were hard with vegetables that appeared to have been cooked from the day before. The çaesar salad was good, but it was not enough for the people in the party."

"Hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Scooter’s Jungle. Friends, family, and I had a great time. Positive things about the place is that it is clean, organized, staff was friendly and accommodating, and best part is that it is private for your own guests. The large slide was so fun for both kids and adults. Good thing is there is something offered for all ages to do. Only critique I would say is that it took a little bit long for refills on drinks and serving cake. Maybe could have had two servers. I also wish there was more time for play and food. Parties are 2.5hrs long with 45 mins of eating. I just wish we had more time because it was all so fun. Would recommend this place for birthday parties!"
