"Elena provides a professional full consultation discussing exactly what I wanted to achieve including shape and color giving her expert advice regarding what suited me with my skin tone and she did not begin the tattooing process until I was totally happy with the pre-drawing. She provided a very comfortable environment and a calming ambience. I was so impressed with her light hand and the beautiful results that I even returned the next day for semi-permanent eyeliner. I am obsessed with the results and generally feeling put together with zero makeup on. I cannot wait for my touchup in a year!"

"Elena is the best! I’ve wanted to get my lips blushed for a while now and when I came across her Instagram page @permanentlux_sandiego and saw her work I booked an appointment immediately and was able to get in within a couple of days. I am OBSESSED! I got them done about a month ago and just got my touch up a couple of days ago and even after the initial appointment I got so many compliments on my lips. Some of my friends even asked me if I got filler because it made them look so much more full! The space was super cute and cozy. The whole process went really smooth. Elena even took the extra time during my first appointment to do a few more passes over my lips because they were not properly absorbing the color because I was using plumping lip gloss every day. Oops. (So if you’re looking to get this procedure done and you love plumper like me, try to stop using it for a few weeks before.) Between then and my touch up which was a month later, I didn’t use the plumping gloss and it took amazingly. Oh! I also decided to laminate my brows while I was there and I LOVE how that came out as well. Like 5 different people have told me in the last few days that I am “glowing.” So if you’re looking for a sign to book with Elena - this is it! DO IT!!!"

"The best experience ever, it was my first time getting eyebrow lamination and tinting. Elena was so amazing and knowledgeable at explaining about the procedure, it was such a wonderful experience as she was so detailed about explaining what is being done and after care instructions.
