"There are a lot of tattoo shops in PB and sometimes it's hard to decide where to go. Rosie's is always my top choice because of their professionalism and skill level. there's different artists for every style. Caitlyn is fantastic with traditional which is my favorite. She completely took my vision and free handed the tattoo without a stencil so it would fit perfectly. She was open to changes and suggestions and made me feel comfortable.
