"I have lived in East Village for the past 4 years and have gone to this grocery store constantly, and my experience has gotten worse and worse. There's a lack of staffing when you need help, heightened security with lack of service, groceries are more expensive than the others in the area, the refrigerators that hold the cold items are dirty and disgusting, and there's feces everywhere human and animal. You're almost guaranteed to have a better experience and purchase affordable groceries in cleaner equipment at Grocery Outlet and or Ralphs than Albertons."

"They have the best cake decorator!! Her name is Gia and she goes above and beyond for customers. I go out of my way to come here and trust Gia for the cakes for all my special occasions she always delivers the best."

"Albertsons has everything you need! I come here every day for my groceries. The meat department is extensive with low costs. I buy fresh meat for my dog daily and have developed a great report with them. They will happily cut your bones or even save trimmings for latter. A great experience all around"

"Albertsons has a pharmacy. Sav-on pharmacy. They have been great, the rest of my experience shopping there, I can't say the same. If you do not download their app, you can't use the internet, and my phone won't even make calls. I have anxiety. There have been many times when calling my husband has calmed me down enough to prevent an anxiety attack. Plus, if I forget the list, I'll call him and ask him. But here, I can't. Super frustrating and upsetting. I shouldn't have to download an app to use my phone inside the grocery store. One star says I hate the store. Two say I dislike it. I really dislike a lot of the things the store does, pharmacy excluded. The pharmacy is why I don't outright hate the store. Believe me, no one wants to have a panic attack inside of any store, especially if it could be prevented."
