"I had heard good things about this studio, and it is located in my neighborhood. I called to schedule an appointment. The artist that answered told me he had availablility now, and the next couple of days. I told him I was close by and that I could come over right away. He agreed that would work. I rushed right over within a few minutes. When I walked in, the same artist told me his appointment had just shown up, and he would need to reschedule. I reminded him we had just spoken on the phone and he tried to tell me he didn't agree to our appointment. I told him to forget it and found another studio that honors their appointments. What a waste of time."
