"This was the worst tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Surla was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was trying to decide where I wanted to place my tattoo and was a bit unsure of where exactly I should put it. I asked if she could help based on a photo, she didn’t help but instead rushed me and said I needed to hurry or I would have to pay another $150 to come back. I felt so uneasy and rushed that I made a quick decision and regretted it. I’m having so much regret with this tattoo because she rushed me. I can’t understand why you would rush someone and make them feel uncomfortable about something they will have of the bodies permanently. Surla is the worst, no customer service skills. I would not recommend her. The money was more important to her than making sure customers are happy. Please save your time and money and go to someone else."
