And when I asked him if he was a tattoo artists he just nodded his head to the guy who seemed like he was high. I may come and get script writing but the rose tattoo I'll get elsewhere."

"Cesar is my go-to tattoo guy! I've had a few tattoos done by him and now my friend did as well. He's fun to be with, flexible and does great art! All I have to do is send him a text and he'll figure out a way to make it work with my crazy schedule. He also free hands most of his work, so there isn't a ton of time needed to plan unless you want to. The healing process has gone smoothly as well and I haven't had the scabbing like I did with other artists. Highly recommend!"
