"Great first piercing experience! I booked same-day through their online portal. The shop is clean, well lit, filled with character, and friendly professionals. During my appointment, we worked out placement, picked out a bar, and I got stabbed in my cartilage (as one hopes to be when getting an ear pierced.) The process was quick, maybe 20 minutes total, low-pain, and I walked out feeling great about my new piercing and comfortable enough to come back should anything go awry.
