"Went in this store and proceeded to go to self check out. I then notice there was some sticky glue like paste on their party cups so I decided to exchange it. While walking down the isle I noticed an employee started following me then just stared which made me uncomfortable. Went back to self check out then another employee was really observant to see if I was going to purchase my stuff. After my final purchase I was asked to show my receipt. This wasn't the only time at this same store. Never seen them asking for other peoples receipts. I wouldn't say it had anything to do with my "skin color". Been shopping their for decades. Will not be returning to this location or perhaps Ralphs in general."

"2024 still lot of rotted food .BE AWARE tons of EXPIRED FOOD for month .manager rather sell them to you discounted and put you at RISK OF FOOD POISONING than remove the expired food.MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAME!! .GREEDY COORPORATE. constantly sell rotted fruits vegetables and fresh food . this one has been sitting for a while it didn't mold that much over night . they sell EXPIRED products "on sale " but won't mention its been expired for a month or more. if you buy anything at ralphs check the dates for packaged product and check your fruist and veggies there is always mold in some. poor quality contol ... this place is also extremely overpriced . they keep on raising their price up to the roof its absolutely ridiculous . you can find the same products at target or walmart for much cheapper now . the shelves are always poorly stock .the line at the cashier is always long .feels like the store is under staff . they constantly make "mistakes" on the receipt (to their advantage over charging you) so make sure you double check that your items comes at the right advertised price or haven't been double scan when you just purchased one .BE CAREFUL dairy products often expired but not removed ALWAYS CHECK THE DATES THEY DONT REMOVE EXPIRED ITEMS. This location is poorly stock and messy"

"There's nothing fresh about mold. Stopped in to buy a few items. Grabbed some raspberries, checked them over of course, and went home. Before I opened the package, I could see the spot of mold in the bottom corner. I was upset because I did check them first, but this one got past me. I'm not about to run up to the store for a $2.99 refund, I'm sure they know that, but I'm mad as hell hearing their damn commercials of how fresh everything is and then mold in your produce. It's not rocket science people. I'm aware of the " back room" practices at most grocery stores and I'm half tempted to start growing my own produce and raising my own beef. The freshness this Ralph's provides is in the advertisement, not the produce."

"All the matzo meal was expired. Best Buy date on all containers was AUGUST 2023….well it’s December 2023. This is not the first time I’ve found expired products in this store. I was brushed off by staff when I brought it to an employee’s attention. Had a hard time getting anyone to talk to me about it in the first place. Really disappointed considering not many stores have kosher food sections. Be careful buying from this store if you want fresh non expired foods."

"Location: Okay, Parking: Decent, Service: Decent. Deli: Yes, Bakery: Yes (small), Did they have what I was looking for at the time of review: yes. OVERALL: I have been here a few times ans as this is one of the few Ralps I. The area it is kind of unique. They do have allot of items, and the isles seem pretty stocked. The place seemed to a good amount of customers. Would I go here again...yes, 3.5 stars..."
