"KEEP ROTTED MOLDY FOOD ON THE SHELVES .BUYER BE AWARE.NOT COUPONER FRIENDLY .AVOID SHOPPING HERE .CONSTANT LONG ENDLESS LINE.POORLY MANAGED . POORLY STOCKED. Lot of "sale" are EXPIRED FOR MONTHS product . They got no shame CHECK THE DATES !!they dont remove anything expired they just put it on the clearance shelf .always out of stuff.Raphls keep on raising their prices but can't even bother to hire a few cashier.VERY UNDERSTAFF.long lines . Talk about corporate greed... aweful customer service .DEBBIE the cashier /acting manager/custumer service ( who always wear what look like a black sweatpants fabric cut out into a mask) is EXTREMELY RUDE and talking back to the customer . its unbelievable to ask for help and being talk down. she sees that you are waitting and will keep on making you wait and waste your time . ralphs needs to rethink who they hire to represent their store . not to mention a lot of fruits / salad are over or fruits are moldy.the frozen food been expired FOR MOTNHS !!!!! . this ralphs got no shame, they couldn't care less if you get food poisoning . they rarely check their fresh food and when the food is rotted they put it on sale when its no longer fit for human consumption when should be remove from the shelf. they will give you a headache if you try to use paper coupons . they constantly make price mistake over charging customer (kinda shady) , double scanning certain products or sale price doesn't come up after using your card . they are terrible at basic math too . i shopped at many different ralphs all over california. this one is THE WORSE . not sure how this location is still open ...."

"Ehhh, some of the associates are rude and lack basic customer service. I’ve had a few incidences with one particular female associate.Dont even care to remember her name, just avoid her at this point…The bakery department also seems to be very disorganized. I ordered a cake three days ahead, gave them plenty of time to get my order completed before the requested pickup time of 2:30, I even came later (3pm) and was told it was still not completed…definitely not the best Ralph’s in town but manageable and convenient I guess."

"I’d like to first off say that I’ve been coming here for 6 years and it’s a lovely and welcoming store. This is the 2nd time that I’ve come to this Ralph’s Starbucks and it was terrible! Not only was the Starbucks employee extremely rude but she made my drink wrong! She was super rude to me and extremely rude to other employees. She was very unprofessional in front of customers with her attitude. Name was “Zoey” and wore glasses with hair bun! I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING CORPORATE! It was extremely nasty unprofessional behavior!"
