"Below average station with poor customer service. I usually avoid stopping here because of other negative experiences here but needed gas. I tried to clean my windshield, but no water or paper towels. Finished gassing up, no receipt? I go in to get my receipt and have to wait in line. As I get my receipt, I mention no water and towels to wipe my hands. Five guys behind the counter joking around and no one outside? No apologies. No nothing? No wonder why this place is always empty when I drive by. It must be a 7 11 thing because I quit stopping at the one in Livermore for the same reasons."

"Friendly, fast, customer service oriented. They are always organizing and cleaning, outside at the gas pumps as well. I really like this store."
