"I chose Innerlight Tattoo for my first tattoo ever and chose the back of my leg to be inked. Most tattoo shops did not want to take me in because I was a virgin canvas and they did not have the courage to tattoo the art I wanted. As soon as I entered Innerlight I was greeted properly and immediately was helped. A couple of their artist said they would not touch it because they did not feel comfortable, but they knew someone who did. It happened to be Dene. Dene made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel as if I was getting something too big or too painful for my first one. Dene was excited when I showed him my piece of art and gave me a price and date for consultation. About a month after I decided it was time. I showed up and showed him 2-3 photos I wanted to work with and BAM he went to work. Showed me something creative and we both threw in ideas. The sketch came out perfect and then we scheduled the date for everything. Day of the tattoo: I showed up on time and he was finishing up the stencil and we were ready. We were all excited and I was not scared. He made me feel comfortable with everything and reassured me it will not be as bad. So we did 1 session = 9 hours and it was an amazing experience. It was painful but tolerable. The only pain i had was behind my knee. Now that was just straight up hell. We finished and the tattoo came out fking amazing. Glad Dene took care of me and made sure everything came out the way it did. Cannot wait for the touch up session. Thank you Innerlight Tattoo!"
