"I was really happy with the attention that I received this wednesday in the saloon for my eyebrow and the brow lamination. The girl that did the work was really nice. So If I have to put 4 stars for that attention was ok, but my entire problem is with the person that works with me yesterday. For the beautiful attention that I received on wednesday I made an appointment for my hair yesterday. I have long hair and I show what I need and the girl told me that was ok at 1:30pm, I received a phone call to go earlier. She started with my mom and when I show the hair color that I want she says that maybe could be 4 hours for that and she has a medical appointment. At this point I need my hair ready and I said what can you can do it? so she shows me the color and she said that I don't need highlights because her time and could damage my hair. At the end she never put a permanent color just a wash or something like that. All of this she tried to do it fast for her medical appointment. I was really angry but controlled because you have customers there. At the end she forgot that I need a haircut and then she ask if she only can put mousse in my hair and blow when I show her the pict as I want my hair. Please you need to put more attention with the people that gave attention in the hair. It's unbelievable if you are working you put personal appointments at the same time. Just refuse the job and not make other things in the hair of the customers. I pay a lot and was just for a non permanent tint and a color that I don't want it and just for a bad hair drying. "This review is for management they have one si gel person doing all the services while coloring someone’s hair . 3 other people are also here waiting for services the lady looks stressed the person getting her hair colored doesn’t look happy and everyone is getting upset. I have been here for over an hour waiting. I don’t anticipate seeing her getting to me for another hours they close at 9 and it’s already 7:45."

"My Aunt got a very nice hair cut! She was given a discount because her husband had been in the Military! The Military and Veterans are greatly appreciated here! It should be like that everywhere! They even have parking for Military Only which is awesome! I am very impressed with this State!"

"A couple months ago I would've given this place 5 stars. I've been here about 4 times. 3/4 they did a perfect job. But this last time I walked in at about 6:40pm on a Sunday 03/26. Which was 20 minutes till closing time and I didn't realize that this lady who I had never seen before working there would do such a terrible job! I asked her to please only do a clean up because I liked my brows thick and long. She did just the opposite, she made them so thin that I have a white line under my brow where you can totally see where the rest of my eyebrow used to be. Then my mom did her eyebrows and she totally messed them up. My mom asked for long, thick brows as well and she made them thin and short. She kept saying how it was past closing time and her husband who kept calling her would be mad because she wasn't out by 7pm. I just feel like if she was going to be in a hurry she should've said she was no longer taking customers."
